Autumn in Utah

We just returned from Utah where we bought a new car and spent conference weekend with family. It was a quick and fun trip. We experienced the first snow of the year....which meant an emergency trip to Old Navy...for pants and socks. We took a scenic drive in Ogden Canyon and I went crazy snapping pictures of one of my favorite subjects. Fall leaves. Grandma Karyl and Grandpa Boyd took really good care of us. Lots of home cooked yummy food! These are a few of my favorite shots from the weekend.

I had to laugh at the emergency trip to Old Navy. Sounds like us when we moved to Washington from Hawaii. Coats? Pants? Yuck, mom what are these weird things you have stuck on my feet (socks)? Poor Ryan had never worn any of those things until we moved to WA. Quite an adjustment

Sounds like a fun trip. Anthony wants to know what kind of car you bought?? I loved all your pictures, Sabrina thinks all the pretty leaves are flowers :)
