We snuck up to Mt. Charleston after church today for some winter fun. We love having 9:00 church now. We feel like we will have more time to got for drives and explore the area. We plan on going back on a Saturday to do it right with sleds and all our winter gear. The kids still had fun even though we only stayed our for about 30 minutes. Its nice to be able to 'visit' winter and then come back to 50 degree weather!

That is fun! I don't know how far we'd have to drive to find snow. There are no mountains here... just hills. What a fun afternoon. Can't wait to chat with you soon!
oh the days of 'visiting' snow. i loved those days. maybe one day i'll get to do it again. what a fun way to spend the rest of a sunday afternoon.
