I'm addicted to making these cute boxes. My Halloween countdown ones are pictured on my creative blog. My cute friend Kristen found this idea for a Thanksgiving countdown. I liked the idea of no candy involoved after Halloween and all!! I decided to use the box idea again, but this time no round ones or oval. I bought all square.....a quick job for the paper cutter. I really like it. Turns out that scrapbooking is way more enjoyable when you don't have to use pictures!
Each day has a little paper with something to be thankful for and an assignment to write about in their Thanksgiving journals. (I just bought little 5x7 ish sized notebooks). My friend Jen wanted me to send them to her, so here are my ideas if anyone is interested for their kids as well. I like it because we can focus on gratitude all month.

Love this idea. My boxes would not be so cute though. Now I am going to have to check out your creative corner.
Geneva you are an inspiration. Thank you for sharing this great idea!
Hi Geneva,
We were just missing you.. Brandon is back in YM and has a wonderful YW pres that he works with, but he said, "She's no Geneva Chugg.." so take that as a compliment. He went on to say that he appreciated your flexibility and communication skills and wishes that all YW president's could be like you! We miss you guys! Baby 4 will be here on Monday! I'll post our announcement on our blog, so check it out when you can! PS your creative projects amaze me. How in the world do you find the time??

These are adorable. I like all boxes. Again, where do you display them? Cute with the journals etc. I'm totally copying next year!
