I love mother's day and all the cute homemade cards my kids give me
Hanna spent hours on this homemade pillow. She was so excited to give it to me! She wrote a cute card that explains what each thing on it means to me and our family. She is such a thoughtful girl and so sweet!!
Jakey loved giving me this orange flower and card. Didn't he color it so nice?
Josh made me a sweet bracelet at preschool. It has heart charms and pink and red beads and a whole row of silver beads clumped together. I wear it proudly.
Carter picked out this book for me and surprised me with it from book orders. What a cutie.
These photos were not what I had in mind. I envisioned perfect children in Sunday best cuddling me and smiling directly at the camera. After three hours of church and a daddy working all day, no one shared my desires.
These are my kids, my profession, my loves, and my LIFE. I wouldn't trade any of it!! I am so blessed with motherhood (5 times!) and so blessed BY motherhood. This is all I ever hoped to do and looked forward to. I love my family! Mother's Day is such a boost to me each year I love to see the homemade treasures and excitement as they give them to me. I feel so loved! Jared spoiled me with an IPAD. I was a little shocked because I didn't know I needed one, but its been a nice addition to help me in my "JOB". Thanks honey.

I'm happy you had a good mothers day, you deserve it! You and your children are all beautiful. I love that last photo of you and the kids with Cole hanging upside down, I think I love it more than if the kids were in their sunday dress smiling at the camera and snuggling you-I think that photo is so real life, and I love it.
