A much needed Sea DAY

After hitting it hard touring for four straight days....we were ready to sleep in, work out, hang out, and of course EAT on the boat.  We hung out a lot on this part of the ship designed for the younger cool crowd, which we were on this particular cruise!

This night was also the formal dinner night.  Its always fun to get dressed up and go eat fancy food.

Dinner is not just dinner on a cruise boat. Its an event. One that you must not be late for or miss. Its several courses of delectable dishes that you rarely otherwise get to enjoy.  These cold soups as appetizers were a big hit that the Johnsons introduced us all to.  We had several different ones throughout the week including strawberry, cherry, peach, asparagus, and gazpacho.  Don't knock it until you try it!  They bring them out in these little pitchers and then pour it right into your bowl.
The formal dinner was lobster tail and shrimp and boy was it good!

Earlier in the week we hit the karoake circuit on the boat and had a lot of fun.  The girls took a turn at singing "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" together.

The guys did a manly rendition of "Living on a Prayer"!

We earned these awesome lanyards.....aren't we cool?
