Fall. Oh how I love thee....let me count the ways.
We have a favorite bike path close to our village that connects us to the nearest two other villages. (Mackenbach & Kollweiler) I run on it often, the kids bike on it, and we go on nature walks there too. On a Saturday in early November, the Johnsons came to spend the day with us. Chris had Stake meetings at the Church and Jared had to work. So the moms and kids hung out all day. The highlight was taking them on our favorite path and showing them the monkey climbing wall as well as the many fall leaves.
Some of these pictures are from a different day when I went on a bike ride by myself on this path to Kollweiler (a nearby village)
The three little Musketeers:
Our destination this day was the monkey climbing park which is a sort of rock climbing park but on trees. Its only open on Sundays for climbing when the people come out to help you, but we always play on the structures and rest before heading back home.
