Texas de Brazil

When Casey and Emily wanted to go out for dinner one last time, Jared knew just the place he wanted to go:  Texas de Brazil.  He's been wanting to try this place for some time now and man it did not dissappoint!!
VEGETARIANS need not apply!!!!!!  The salad bar was great with lots of different cheeses, olives, salad, sushi, and veggies.  Then there was the hot bar that had the most amazing au gratin potatoes ever, as well as some pasta.  But this is not why you go to Texas de Brazil.  You go to stuff your face with meat, meat, meat, and a side of more meat!
This turned out to be our favorite meat of the night.  Flank Steak.  Although not the most expensive slice of meat being served, this steak is packed with the most amazing seasonings that make it melt into your mouth.  You have to get an outside piece that is almost blackened to get all the seasons.  Yum, I'm drooling.  They also serve filet mignon, garlic steak, parmesan crusted chicken, wings, and lamb all non stop to your table.
It is such a fun atmosphere and we had great company.  Casey and Emily are always a lot of fun!  We will miss boating, and Sunday night game nights, and Emily's Chocolate cakes (a dessert deserving its own post), Dinner group, basketball, late night Aliante movie runs, and going out to dinner.  You guys are the greatest couple and so much fun!  We are so glad we met you here in Las Vegas.
